One of the men charged with kidnapping, raping, and killing Tennessee nursing student Holly Bobo has entered an Alford plea in the case.

Dylan Adams entered an Alford Plea to a lesser offense of facilitating the murder. An Alford plea is a guilty plea in criminal court, but the defendant does not have to admit to the criminal act and can assert innocence.

The agreement allows Dylan Adams to avoid trial in the death of Holly Bobo. He now faces 35 years in prison.

20-years-old Bobo disappeared from her home in Parsons in April 2011. Her remains were found in September 2014 in woods not far from her home.

Dylan Adams’ older brother Zach Adams is serving life plus 50 years in prison for kidnapping, raping, and killing Bobo.

Jason Autry, who is also accused in the case and testified against Zach Adams, has already reached a plea deal in the case.
