Family Speaks Out After Claiming Serial Killer’s Sketch Resembles Murdered Mother

A son is speaking out after he claims a serial killer’s sketch resembling his mother, proves she was killed by him.

For the son of Priscilla Jones-Baxter, the prospect of his mom’s murderer being charged in her death is a chance for closure.

“Soon as I saw the picture, I was like, oh I know that person,” said Anthony Jones.

Jones was driving when he got the sketch sent to his phone and says he almost wrecked. The image bore a striking resemblance to his mom.

Samuel Little, who Anthony calls Scarface, is an admitted serial killer who has confessed to more than 90 murders. Those cases span from 1970 to 2005 and happened across the country, according to the FBI.

Little, 78, sketched a picture, one of several, for authorities from memory.

Jones recalls meeting Little in 1995, the year before his mother’s death family thinks of his mother often.

“Especially after you’ve actually walked past this person again. My momma been dead since 1996. I’ve seen you again in the 2000s.”

The family tells Local 24 that Baxter’s body was dumped in the Mississippi River after she was reportedly raped and strangled. Little said he killed the woman in the sketch, dumping her body in West Memphis, Arkansas.

Jones recalls Little coming to visit him with his mom at his adoptive home. He’s now being held in a Texas prison.

“Really I want to see him. So, I can look him dead in the eye and say, ‘Do you know who I am?’

An FBI statement says Little targeted “marginalized and vulnerable women who were often involved in prostitution and addicted to drugs.”
