GERMANTOWN, Tenn. — Water bills in Germantown have been delayed following the city's recent cybersecurity attack, and staff is now playing catch up.
The city said Public Works are planning to submit bills for printing and mailing by end of the week for two cycles, including those originally scheduled to be mailed Feb. 8 and Feb. 15.
Scheduled bills for Feb. 22 may experience slight delay, the city said.
Due dates will also be adjusted to reflect the delay.
