Memphis police said they have taken a man into custody who was armed with a rifle at the Walmart Superstore on Winchester.
Officers said they responded towards 8 p.m. Saturday night regarding an armed party call. Officers said they then located a man armed with a rifle who was on the store property.
Police said he was taken into custody with no further incident.
No shots were fired, according to the Memphis Police Department (MPD). No injuries have been reported by MPD as of press time.
