After more than 7 years, Holly Bobo has finally been laid to rest.
Bobo’s family held a small private service Friday evening in a family cemetery in Parsons, Tennessee.
The remains of Bobo were placed there just before nightfall.
The 20-year-old nursing student disappeared from her home in 2011.
Her remains were found in 2014 in the woods not far from her home.
Last week there was a second conviction in Bobo’s murder, after Dylan Adams entered an “Alford Plea” to facilitating murder.
Zach Adams was found guilty of Bobo’s kidnapping, rape, and murder in September.
