MEMPHIS, Tenn. — First responders have all lanes of I-240 West at Perkins Road shut down as they battle a car fire near a tanker truck caused by a crash that left two injured.
According to Memphis Police, officers responded to a crash involving three vehicles at I-240 and Perkins around 3:45 p.m.
Two people were taken to the hospital in critical condition, police said.
All westbound lanes at Perkins are blocked, MPD said.
Avoid the area for now.
