Memphis police said lanes are back open after issuing a city watch regarding lane closures on I40 near Warford Street on Sunday.
All the eastbound lanes of traffic were closed in the area, according to the Memphis Police Department (MPD).
All lanes in the area are back open, according to MPD as of about 2 p.m. on Sunday.
MPD said Crump Station worked on a wreck that took place at this location.
The crash itself was a three-vehicle crash, according to MPD. One man was transported to Methodist University in critical condition, according to MPD. Another was transported to non-critical condition at Methodist North, according to MPD.
