A victory for Memphis leaders in the court battle over a new arena at Graceland.
A judge has dismissed a second complaint this week by Elvis Presley Enterprises, who is demanding a decision in the case.
The Shelby County Commission approved the expansion this summer, but as a condition, a judge was required to decide if the 6,000-seat arena would violate the city’s non-compete clause with FedExForum.
The city says it hopes all parties can sit down to work out an agreement.
