MEMPHIS, Tenn. (localmemphis.com) – The attorneys representing the family of Ismael Lopez held a news conference Thursday on the city of Southaven’s response to a recent lawsuit.
Back in June, Lopez’ family filed a $20-millionwrongful death lawsuit against the city of Southaven, the chief of SouthavenPolice, and the officers involved in Lopez’s death.
Lopez was killed in July 2017 in Southaven when officers served a warrant at the wrong home.
