A man who was shot and crashed his car into a building has died.
It happened at Jackson and Manassas shortly after 6 this morning. Memphis Police say the man had to be extricated from the white Chevrolet Silverado he was driving. He was unresponsive and died. The identity of the victim has not been released.
Police are investigating, and no one is in custody as of now.
