The husband and wife charged in the death of a Memphis Police Officer were sentenced Friday in Federal Court.
Lorenzo Clark was sentenced to 51 months in prison and 2 years supervised release. Clark plead guilty to being a felon in possession of a handgun in January. He got into a shootout with his neighbor, off-duty MPD Officer Terence Olridge, during an argument in October 2015, killing Olridge.
Natalie Clark will serve 12 months in prison. She gave her husband the gun that killed Officer Olridge.
Investigators say they never found enough evidence to charge Clark with murder.
