MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A MATA bus crashed into a MPD cruiser Tuesday afternoon sending five people to the hospital, according to Memphis police.
A MPD officer reported his car was hit by a MATA bus on North Second Street and Shadyac Avenue at 3:15 p.m.
The five people taken to nearby hospitals are in non-critical condition. The officer was not injured in the crash.
