A MATA security guard accused of pushing a passenger off a bus appeared in court Wednesday.
Adicus Mitchell pled guilty to aggravated assault.
According to police, Mitchell seriously injured an unruly passenger who died three months later from his injuries.
Mitchell could face up to six years in prison.
The incident happened in 2014 at the MATA bus terminal on Main Street.
