MEMPHIS, Tenn. — The Memphis Fire Department is mourning the loss of one of its own.
In a post to social media, MFD said Firefighter/AEMT Private Alexander Winer has died. They did not release a cause or death or any further information on when he died.
“We are saddened to report the loss of Firefighter/AEMT Alexander Winer, though his time with us was short, he made a lasting mark on our department. Please keep Alexander's family and our fire department in your thoughts and prayers as we mourn this heartbreaking loss," said the post.
