MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Several law enforcement agencies and first responders are gathered at the river landing at Mud Island Park Friday morning for a water rescue operation near downtown Memphis.
Memphis Police Assistant Chief Don Crowe said a boat capsized on the Wolf River Harbor, sending two people into the water. One person was pulled from the river and sent to the hospital in non-critical condition.
Crowe said crews are still searching for the second person in the water.
The Memphis Police Department, Shelby County Sheriff's Office and Memphis Fire Department are responding to the scene on the Wolf River Harbor.
