MEMPHIS, Tenn. — The Memphis Police Department (MPD) said a man was shot on Monday int he 1600 block of Kansas.
The man who was shot went to the 1600 block of Monsarrat for help, according to MPD.
MPD said the suspects were in a silver Infiniti wearing ski masks.
