MEMPHIS, Tenn. (localmemphis.com) – Memphis Police are asking for help identifying the people they say were involved in vandalizing official vehicles during the violence in the aftermath of the deadly U.S. Marshal-involved shooting Wednesday night in Frayser.
Police say 15 city, county, and federal vehicles were vandalized in the area of 4200 Overton Crossing in the time after the shooting.
Investigators say 20-year-old Brandon Webber was shot & killed as U.S. Marshals tried to apprehend him on warrants for assault and robbery out of Hernando.
