MEMPHIS, Tenn. — The Memphis Police Department (MPD) says, a multi-car crash involving an MPD squad car left six people injured.
Just after 3:45 p.m., officers responded to a multiple-vehicle crash involving an MPD car at Lamar Ave and Tuggle Rd on Sunday, August 4, 2024.
The officer, two males, a female, and two teens were taken to various area hospitals in non-critical condition, says MPD.
MPD says this is an ongoing investigation.
