SHELBY COUNTY, Tenn. — The Shelby County Sheriff's Office remains on the lookout after issuing a 'Be On the Lookout' (BOLO) for a suspect in a deadly shooting at a convenience store in the Northaven neighborhood just north of Memphis Thursday, Oct. 19, 2023.
The Sheriff's Office is looking for Lamarious Rattler, who they said faces charges of first degree murder and firearms offenses.
According to the Shelby County Sheriff's Office, deputies arrived to the scene at the Penny Pantry convenience store on Breckenwood Drive around 7 p.m. Oct. 19. One person was found shot and they died on the scene.
Rattler described as 5'10" tall, weighing 150 lbs., and should be considered armed.
