MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Three police officers are injured after being involved in a crash Thursday morning on Summer Avenue near East Memphis, when one of the officers was on the way to check out a burglary attempt, police said.
Memphis Police said the call came just before 4:30 a.m. at Summer Avenue near Vaughn Road. Two police cruisers were involved. The three officers were taken to the hospital in non-critical condition.
