An overnight shooting on Chelsea Avenue left a man dead, Memphis police say.
The Memphis Police Department (MPD) responded to a shooting just before 12:30 a.m., on the 3900 block of Chelsea Avenue.
Officers on the scene say they found a man suffering from a gunshot wound.
The victim was taken to Regional One, where he was pronounced dead, according to MPD.
This is an ongoing investigation.
