MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A person is dead after getting hit by a tractor-trailer Thursday morning near Uptown Memphis.
Memphis Police responded to the incident Sept. 14 before 9:30 a.m. at Thomas Street and Chelsea Avenue.
MPD is asking people in the area to use caution. Officers are investigating and working to clear the scene.
