MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A person is dead after a one-vehicle accident happened in East Memphis.
The Memphis Police Department responded to the accident Jan. 4 at 4:30 a.m. in the area of Quail Hollow Road and Great Oaks Road near Kirby Pkwy. and Poplar Ave., where officers found a vehicle on fire and a person dead inside.
The investigation is ongoing, police said.
