Police in Mississippi have officially charged the second suspect in the store robbery that led to the shooting of the Clarksdale police officer.
LeeAndrew Booker faces charges of conspiracy to commit armed robbery and one count of armed robbery.
Booker was arrested by U.S. Marshals Tuesday afternoon.
His records show Booker was sentenced in 2014 to ten years in prison for robbery.
It is unclear why Booker served only one year and was paroled last July.
Authorities have be also added a conspiracy to commit armed robbery charge to Johnny Robinson, Junior.
He is charged with robbery and attempted murder for shooting Corporal Couch.
Right now, Corporal Derrick Couch is still fighting for his life in critical condition at Regional One.
