The Memphis Police Department is investigating a deadly shooting at the Reserve at Mt. Moriah Apartment Complex.
Officers were called to a shooting around 3:10 a.m. to 5830 Benadine Place in Fox Meadows.
Once on scene, officers were told that prior to the shooting, the 21-year-old victim was involved in an altercation with suspect. It’s unknown at this time if the victim and suspect knew each other.
The suspect left the scene in a black Pontiac G-6.
This is an ongoing investigation.
