MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A Memphis Police Department (MPD) squad car was involved in an early morning crash with a pedestrian.
Police say a woman on a scooter hit an MPD squad car on Friday, Nov. 22, just before7 a.m., at the intersection of Union Avenue and South B.B. King Boulevard.
The woman was taken to the hospital in non-critical condition, according MPD.
An ABC24 reporter at the scene confirmed that an electric scooter was found directly under the squad car.
