MEMPHIS, Tenn — Memphis Police said traffic on Poplar Avenue was affected but is now flowing smoothly again following a crash on Saturday, May 18.
The Memphis Police Department (MPD) said around 3 p.m. that Poplar was down to one lane of traffic going westbound. They said this was due to an accident.
By 4 p.m. MPD said that all lanes of traffic were back open and that traffic is flowing smoothly.
