MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Officials cut the ribbon Thursday on the new Raleigh Springs Civic Center.
The $45 million project began in 2018 and replaces what was once the Raleigh Springs Mall.
The civic center includes the new Raleigh library branch, the Raleigh Springs Town Center Skate Park, the Austin Peay police station and traffic precinct, and even several walking trails.
The library is set to open next month, and also features an upstairs kitchen café and family learning area.
