A grand jury has determined three Ripley, Tennessee, police officers were justified when they shot a suspect in February.
Officers Mike Kirkpatrick, Sam Parker and Travis Beraud were trying to pull over Stashia Piphus on February 9th because a passenger in her car was a TBI fugitive.
