MEMPHIS, Tenn. — The developers of Germantown's Shops of Saddle Creek announced that they are working to acquire Oak Court Hall in Memphis.
In a press release released Tuesday morning, Poag Development Group CEO Josh Poag said he has ideas of redeveloping the 847,000-square-foot property.
“I’ve had my eye on this property for more than 10 years and see such strong potential for its future,” Poag said. “We are thrilled about the opportunity to deploy our redevelopment expertise to bring further value for a project located in our own backyard.”
Poag’s company is a retail developer with over 10 shopping centers across the country.
According to the press release, the process of redeveloping Oak Court Hall will begin with obtaining input from stakeholders, working with Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), the company’s strategic leasing partner, to maximize the property’s potential.
