SHELBY COUNTY, Tenn. — Computer systems at the Shelby County Clerk's Office are down due to a nationwide DMV outage.
It is believed this is part of a nationwide Department of Motor Vehicle outage that started around 9 a.m. Thursday, March 21.
The Shelby County Clerk's Office confirmed its DMV system is down, and they are monitoring the situation.
