A man was struck by a vehicle in the 4200 block of Hacks Cross Road on Saturday, according to the Shelby County Sheriff's Office (SCSO).
The sheriff's office said traffic deputies responded at 10 a.m. to the area in southeast Shelby County. They said Shelby County fire officials transported the adult man to critical condition in Regional One.
This remains under investigation, according to the SCSO.
