MEMPHIS, Tenn. — The 16-year-old suspect who the Memphis Police Department (MPD) says was involved in the Hickory Hill crash that left three women dead and seven others injured has been released from the hospital.
The teen was released from the hospital and taken to Juvenile Court on Saturday, Aug. 24, says MPD.
The teen has been charged with aggravated robbery, evading arrest with vehicle pursuit and possessing prohibited weapons: machine gun.
MPD also confirmed that at last check, all victims have either been released from hospital care or have non-life threatening injuries.
