MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Thanksgiving is coming up, and the City of Memphis is making changes to your garbage collection schedule during the week of the holiday.
The city released the following collection schedule:
- If your trash pickup is usually on Monday, your schedule is still the same.
- If your trash collection is usually on Tuesday, your pickup day is Monday, November 25.
- If your trash day is usually a Wednesday or Thursday, your pickup day is November 26.
- If your trash is usually collected on Friday, Thanksgiving week, your pickup day will be November 27.
Those served by Team Waste will have their collections delayed by one day.
