UPDATE @ 8:35 a.m. – This crash has been confirmed fatal involving a tractor trailer truck.

A wreck on northbound I-55 in Mississippi County, just north of the Turrell, Arkansas exit has all northbound lanes closed.
According a Tweet from the Arkansas Department of Transportation, the crash is near Mile Marker 28.6 and traffic is being diverted at the 23 Mile Marker northbound.
