MEMPHIS, Tenn — According to the Memphis Police Department (MPD), a truck caught on fire after crashing into a train on Southern and Hollywood Thursday evening.
ABC24 crews arrived on the scene around 8:30 p.m. Multiple police cars and firefighters could be seen, and the fire appeared to be extinguished.
Police confirmed there were no injuries as of 8:30 p.m. Thursday.
MPD shut down the intersection of Southern and Hollywood, and it is still reported closed as of 9:45 p.m.
