TUNICA COUNTY, Miss — Are you looking for a way to support victims of domestic violence? The Tunica County Sheriff's Office is here to help.
The sheriff is teaming with the Tunica Woman's Club to collect items and help victims in honor of Domestic Violence Awareness month. These items will go directly to the House of Grace, a domestic violence shelter that has been running in North Mississippi for more than 20 years.
The following items are needed:
- Twin size sheets
- Comforter sets
- Mattress covers
- Any size luggage
- Liquid laundry
- Dish detergent
- Diapers (sizes 3, 4, 5, 6),
- Pull ups
- Gift cards.
Those wishing to help can drop items at the Tunica County Sheriff's Office, Town of Tunica Police Department and Town of Tunica (Town Hall) through Oct. 17.
