MEMPHIS, Tenn. — An overturned car on Interstate 240 westbound near Lamar Avenue has closed three lanes of traffic.
I-240 westbound is experiencing traffic due to an overturned car reported at mile marker 22.2.
The Memphis Police Department (MPD) responded to the 2-car crash involving an overturned car just after 1 p.m. A woman and a man were taken to Regional One Health in non-critical condition.
Currently, the two right lanes of the four-lane westbound highway are blocked, and traffic delays are expected.
Drivers should use caution and consider alternative routes while officials work to clear the scene.
This is an on-going investigation, according to MPD.
