MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Memphis fire investigators said a “warming fire” led to a fire at a home early Monday morning in southeast Memphis.
Firefighters responded to the fire at a home in the 6200 block of Quince Road about 4:15 a.m. They found flames pouring out of the two-story home. It took them about 20 minutes to get the fire under control.
Investigators said the fire was accidental, caused by a “warming fire” inside the home.
No injuries were reported.
Total damages are estimated at $148,000.
