A woman is dead after being shot during an altercation Sunday night.
At 7:45 p.m., Memphis Police were called to the fire station at 8395 Dexter on a 25-year-old shooting victim.
The investigation revealed that the woman was shot during an argument with some other women in the 1600 block of Wren Hollow Cove.
The victim was driven to the fire station by witnesses. She was later pronounced deceased.
Officers have a man detained, but, no charges have been filed at this time.
This is an ongoing investigation.
