The fight for reproductive rights is making its way to Tom Lee Park on Monday as a Women's March has been organized for Memphis on June 24, 2024.
"Join the peaceful protest for women's rights!" reads an event page for the protest. "Show them we will not be silenced."
Flyers for the event stress the importance of protesting "for equal rights, reproductive freedom and the fight to end gender-based violence."
The event reportedly takes place at noon at the park on Riverside Drive Monday. Those who wish to attend and/or sign up to volunteer can do so with this link.
