GERMANTOWN, Tenn. (localmemphis.com) – A Memphis man has died after the truck he was driving crashed with a train in Germantown Thursday afternoon.
Police say 40-year-year Marco Brooks was airlifted to Regional One in critical condition, but died from his injuries.
Poplar Pike between Forest Hill Irene and Poplar Avenue is closed indefinitely.
Police say a portion of the train derailed.
