Powerball Winners Sued By Ex-Con

A  former prisoner filed a lawsuit against the Powerball jackpot winners from Munford, Tennessee.

A  former prisoner filed a lawsuit against the Powerball jackpot winners from Munford, Tennessee.
 
Jonathan Lee Riches claims the Powerball jackpot won by John and Lisa Robinson, belongs to him.
 
The handwritten lawsuit states he was a pen-pal with the couple’s daughter while he was in prison..
 
His claim states he gave Tiffany Robinson $20 from his prison fund to pass on to her parents to buy lottery tickets.
He claims the Robinsons promised him half the winnings.
 
Riches is also suing the Tennessee Education Lottery, The Multi-State Lottery Association and Powerball. 
 
Riches is known for filing frivolous lawsuits.
 
He claims to have filed more than 4,000 in various courts.
