MEMPHIS, Tenn. — The regular season of high school football in Tennessee has come to an end which means the playoff picture is finally clear as well as the winners of each Region.
Our game of the week pitted undefeated Collierville up against reigning State Champions Houston. Despite quarterback Chandler Day leaving the game injured, the Mustangs beat the Dragons 17-13 thanks to some stout defense and Canon Day managing the game.
Houston clinch the No. 1 seed in Region 8-6A and Collierville finish at No. 2.
Meanwhile Bartlett beat Whitehaven 19-14 to claim the No. 3 seed and knockout Whitehaven from the playoffs because Germantown beat White Station 45-13.
