Coronavirus’ impact is far reaching, including the world of college basketball recruiting

COVID-19 impacts just about every aspect of everyday life and the sports world

MEMPHIS, Tennessee —

When we are finally past the COVID-19 pandemic, we hope that basketball can pick up where it left off at all levels.

College basketball recruiting doesn't have that luxury. Recruits need to make decisions, and coaches need to fill out rosters.

Without the ability to meet in person, both sides are doing what they can to continue the recruiting process, without many of the normal interactions that lead to a commitment.
