MEMPHIS, Tenn — Comcast Xfinity customers can breathe a sigh of relief. They will be able to watch Memp Grizzlies games again.

A service agreement was announced Monday between Comcast, the owner of the XFinity cable service and Bally Sports, an affiliate of Diamond Sports Group LLC, which broadcasts Grizzlies games.

Those with XFinity's Ultimate TV package will be able to catch regular season NBA, NHL, and MLB games on Bally Sports again, beginning on August 1. Xfinity Ultimate TV users will also be able to stream content through the Bally Sports app.

The service was cut off in May after negotiations over a new deal between Diamond Sports Group and Comcast failed. Diamond Sports Group previously filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy.

"Entering a new carriage agreement with Comcast, our third largest distributor, is a critical step forward in our restructuring effort, and we are pleased that fans will again be able to access broadcasts of their local teams through Xfinity," David Preschlack, CEO of Diamond Sports said in a press release.
