MEMPHIS, Tenn. — NBA free agency began with some tough news for the Memphis Grizzlies.
Jaren Jackson Jr. will be out for 4-6 months as he recovers from foot surgery.
The Grizzlies announced he had the procedure Tuesday to address a stress fracture in his right foot.
This will put him out for at least the start of the 2022-23 season. He's expected to make a full recovery.
