The Grizzlies also waived forward Chimezie Metu.

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — The Memphis Grizzlies announced Friday morning that forward GG Jackson II has been signed to a multi-year contract.

Jackson was the Grizzlies' 45th overall pick in the 2023 NBA Draft, signing a two-way contract on Aug. 31. He has played 20 games this season as a rookie, averaging 9.9 points and 3.5 rebounds in 18.3 minutes.
