MEMPHIS, Tenn. — The University of Memphis Tigers Football team will face-off against West Virginia in the 2024 Scooter’s Coffee Frisco Bowl.
The game will be played at Toyota Stadium in Frisco, Texas on Dec. 17 at 8:00 p.m.
U of M football’s selection to the Frisco Bowl marks the 11th-straight season that Memphis has earned a bowl bid – the seventh-longest streak in the country and longest among all non-Power 4 programs.
The game will be the Tiger’s first time playing against the Mountaineers football team. This is now Memphis’ second-straight season facing up against a Big 12 opponent in a bowl game after defeating Iowa State in last year’s AutoZone Liberty Bowl.
West Virginia will be making its fourth bowl appearance in five years after achieving a 6-6 overall record during the season and a 5-4 record in the Big 12.
