MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Lanes are closed, and two people are injured Wednesday morning after a crash happened on North Hollywood Street.
The Memphis Police Department responded to the incident May 22, 2024, shortly after 5:30 a.m. on North Hollywood Street, between James Road and I-40. There, police said a car was involved in a crash, injuring two people.
An ABC24 photographer saw a pole had been knocked down.
Investigators said both people were taken to a hospital, one in critical condition and the other in non-critical condition.
The road is closed between James Road and I-40. Drivers should seek an alternative route if heading in this direction.
